In a major breakthrough takeover, Tejnaksh recently purchased Vedaant Multispeciality Hospital, a 25 bedded profit making hospital with a good repute situated at Koparkhairane, Vashi, New Bombay in an outright cash deal.

 Tejnaksh apart from buying the hospital premises with the plant & machinery bought out the goodwill of the former promoters of Vedaant and they have entered into a no compete agreement with Tejnaksh. 

It being a running hospital Tejnaksh is happy that there would be no incubation period for the setup and running of the hospital. Tejnaksh has formed a subsidiary company Tej Vedaant Healthcare Private Limited to run this hospital.  The company plans to expand the operations of the present unit and convert it into a multi and superspeciality center in the area. Urology, General surgery, Radiology and Pathology have already been added in the short span of 15 days. This marks the entry of Tejnaksh in to the metropolitan area of the country.
